Hello! It’s me.
So I’ve been a tad busy. Last month, I released LEVEL ME UP, my debut release, and the first book in my Gamer Boy series. So, hello! This post is coming to you Lauren Helms, published AUTHOR.
LEVEL ME Up is out and people are reading it. Most are loving it. Which was the goal. And big news, I’m writing book two in the Gamer Boy series, RIGHT NOW. Can you guess who’s the stars of book #2?
Gia and Simon! And I’m super excited about their book.
But I did a writer no-no however, I went way to long without writing, so all the confidence I gained while writing LEVEL ME UP has been buried and I need to find it stat!

My new logo! A dear author friend of mine L.K. Farlow designed this lovely logo for me and I couldn’t love it more. Her first book is coming out soon and its a southern romance that I can not, CAN NOT wait to read! Go check it out on Goodreads!
I’m Reading…
I’m currently listening to LORD OF SHADOWS by Cassandra Clair and it’s so good. All I want to do is listen, but I can’t. I can’t tell you how excited I am to do laundry…lots of laundry this weekend. I’ve been a huge Clair fan for years now, and I just cant get enough of her Shadowhunter series.
